The negative pressure therapy (VAC therapy) helps to adapt the wound margins, remove exsudates and infectious material, and promotes the growth of granulation tissue. Here it`s combined with automatic application of topical antiseptic, antimicrobial, and cleansing solutions.

The wound heals (better) and the (primary or secondary) wound closure can be optimally prepared.
