Description: Pneumonektomy preparation with extensive bronchiactasis.

Clinical symptoms: 58 year old female patient, bilateral bronchiectasis in Kartagener syndrome.

Primary dyskinesia of the cilia is a genetic disorder of the ciliated cells (above all, of the repiratory ciliated epithelium). Mucociliary clearance is significantly limited.
